Well my employer filed my labor by them-self, along with some other perm labor files. Except me all of them got their approval over 3 months ago. They keep saying that they haven't got any AUDIT yet, so not sure if they really received any Audit or not.

And if I withdraw my file and submit another one with a different position title, then what will happen, Any ideas? Is that gonna be still a problem?
My employer sent an email to helpdesk last week, still no response from Dol ETA.

I am in the same boat as you. My employer is about to contact helpdesk today. Just wondering, if that can cause more trouble.

What response you received from DoL, when you made that inquiry?

Please Suggest:

My perm file has stuck for 8 months without any audit.
I am planning to withdraw my current perm file and submit a new one. Is that a good idea to withdraw my perm file in this situation or is that gonna cause more trouble if I do that?

Any one has any experience with withdrawing previous file and submit a new one?

Does anyone has experience about what happen, if employer contact using perm labor helpdesk email?
How long does it take to get a reply from them? Is there any specific time frame for that?

NO way. Your lawyer is telling your lie.
Tell your lawyer to contact helpdesk as describe in dol website here: https://icert.doleta.gov/#fragment-2
You can contact after 3 months of current posting day.
It's already over regular processing time. UP to December 2017, regular audit processing time is 249 days and without audit 121 days. Either way your time is over 260 days.

I never heard of this site until today.
Don't know what will happen.
Waiting is killing me as well. It's more painful to see when my colleagues got their figure print date scheduled for EAD, even their perm files were submitted 2 months later.

Hey ckrabbit,

May I know, how did you made this percentage matrix and how did you know, how many files were submitted in total in that specific month?

One more question, what does it mean by 100% done? Does it mean they processed all the files from that specific month?

I am not sure about FOIA request. But after reading partially their website, it seems like anyone can make FOIA request.
But to make a request to (plc.atlanta@dol.gov), I believe your employer has to do that.

If you call perm labor dept phone number (404-893-0101), an automatic voice mail will tell you want information you need to make a request to that email address.
These are the information you need to add in that email -
1. Name
2. Federal employer identification number
3. Case number
4. Employer name
5. Foreign worker identification number
6. Telephone number
7. Nature of inquiry.

If you have all of these info, may be you can make a request by yourself.
Did you send a request to FOIA for your perm?
When your perm file was submitted?
