Topic: Form I-751 Who is the petitioner? 6.A Hi You are the petitioner not ur US spouse . If u look at the second Part it's says if applicable because let's say u are not filing jointly with your U.S spouse that column can be left blank

Topic: NEW or Old 751 form ? I filled the old form first and saw the new form and decided to fill that . Made a mistake by putting my U.S spouse as the petitioner .I realized after I sent it .tried to get it back from the post office but couldn't ..... I got the Notice of Receipt few days after so finger crossed they won't bother me with RFE . I would have sent the old form if I could redo t .
