My justification for 10 cases approved was the number of cases approved in the second quarter, starting April 1st. Since it was updated April 6th my guess is that they completed 10 cases from April 1st to April 6th which is reasonable... kinda useless if they don't update it more often. It was updated at the beginning of January the time before that.

Is the completed percentage accurate on the USCIS website? https://www.uscis.gov/about-us/directorates-and-...

On the website it says 90% completion within 180 days, but that is not the feel one gets when they check the tracker!!
