Well same for me. I guess for FDBL things started to move for some. Let's wait.

Well, I don't think it's company or DoL specific. Companies might not have any PERMs filed that could be approved or PERM approvals could be delayed due to audits.

Well I am seeing this as a case to case basis. Best thing is to work with attorney and see what works out. Again it will vary from case to case, best left to the attorney.

FYI, I had signed off on the skills letter for an ex-Infoscion and though the attorney had a different format Infy sent in the approved format. Spoke to him later and his attorneys had used the Infy HR email in the case. So just check it out. Things will work. Attorney is best to guide you out here.

Same here, and I had to reach out to my attorney to get a confirmation.

Well PERM approval times depends on case to case basis. Anyone can post timelines from past quarters...

Well that's a long one... Refer to allendsup23's post earlier. BTW with FDBL, I had to follow up after submitting my documents. There is no status page which tells you about them needing any information or any other info.

Yes, the page has issues. But if you select categories from the drop down and see a record then that’s your category.

The fact gathering seems pretty generic. Check your email, if you have to fill up the labor questionnaire - its EB2/EB3. But still check with the GC SPOC for the right category.

Yes, its the same for me. Do you have concerns regarding your role? I had asked the GC SPOC a while back about my category and role, and they were in line.

Keep your fingers crossed, I am not very sure. The company is into recruitment, and you never know when it would be done. Until then PERM can't be filed.

Well, not sure if anyone received this. I got a mail from US Greencards that my PERM case initiation was sent to FDBL. So I guess that where the flow starts.

Anyone else received?

Well did you receive any communication from attorney yet. They should be able to guide you for the format.

Well the Global Mobility screens have issues. But if you select the EB category drop down and select each category and see a record then you know you've been nominated in that category. Say if you can see your GC record only if you selected EB2, then your nomination is under EB2. In that case EB1/EB3 will show no records.

There could be exceptions, that's upto the DM. What you can ask the GC SPOC is the role which you've been nominated.

Well there are lots of things in the background. Receiving the nomination mail doesn't mean attorney's mail comes in quick. This year the nomination cycle got extended. A lot seems stuck at wage determinations, unless prevailing wages are received from DOL the company cannot go into recruitment and that is a pre-requisite before filing PERM. I have a couple of friends whose wages went for determination again - I guess due to FLC wage updates in July.

I would suggest to wait and see how it progresses. Stay positive guys.
