Topic: I-485 RFE Marriage Certificate

We got RFE on our marriage certificate for I-485 form:

"The marriage certificate must be issued by an appropriate civil authority. In order for the marriage to be considered valid for immigration purposes, it must have been registered with a civil authority from the location where the marriage took place. The document must include the date of registration and signature of the registrar. "

My marriage took place in my wife's place, the Marriage certificate that we submitted originally was issued from my place.
Has anyone received similar RFE? Please help.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
