Topic: Can I pay my H1b visa premium fee without telling my company?

I am H1B Cap exempt and I want to file my extension in premium and I am willing to pay the fee but My manager does not want in premium. So can I go ahead and send premium fee check to USCIS directly? or I have to send via my company only?

Topic: H1 Extension based on I140 approval after "overstayed" on H1 b

I am working for company "A" and my 1-94 and 797 is valid till july 3 ,2017.But my 6 years on H1 B is completed in Feb 2017 excluded all the vacations.I was not aware about this .

My perm was filed by company "B" in Aug 2015(More then 365 days of completion of 6 years) and my I-140 got approved in 6 Apr 2017 as a future employee.

1) I have already over stayed in USA after completed 6 years , Am I out of status?still i have valide stamped H1 B cisa till July 3,2017.
2) Since my 140 is approved from anther company , my current company can file my H1 extension based in 140 approval(I have already overstayed beyond 6 years) but my perm was file before 365 days of h1 b maxout?
3)Do I have to leave USA to file my extension? My current company is saying once I am move back I can file H1b under cap except category.
