Any idea how the govt shutdown will affect H1b stamping times and backlogs?

Topic: i-485 birth certificate question

It is like this sample https://www.immihelp.com/birth-certificate/sampl...

It has my first name only because that's how they issue birth certificates there.

Topic: i-485 birth certificate question

I have some issues with my birth certificate and would like advise on how to proceed before filing for AOS. I have an original non- english BC and a certified translation. The BC has my father's full name and the first name only for me and my mother. Also my mother's name is misspelled (one extra letter).

1. Should I attempt to get the BC corrected - I will have a BC with no errors but first names only for me and my mother

2. Attach affidavits - if so, how do I address the error in spelling my mother's name and what secondary evidence should I attach with this.

3. Any other advise is appreciated.

Thx
