I did double check the email that i received from my case manager, I dont see anything related to hard copy submission for the wrk exp. letter, like i said; i got an response email back from my case manager stating that nothing is required further. All we have to do wait!!!!

Topic: I140 application for CTS (Cognizant) employees I got RFE on Aug 22( Which i came to know on 10/3, i was checking USCIS website to know my status), called GM team twice, sent an email to my case manager twice and also opened two GSD tickets, but no use. Finally on Oct 13th got an email from GM team stating that i got REF for my Work experience letter.

Topic: I140 application for CTS (Cognizant) employees throughout from my H1B to I-140, I have given only affidavit for my previous company work experience. i dont have any original letter ( never thought i need one, since it always been my relieving letter that was asked while switching companies ) and now i dont even know whats the reason for my RFE. my GSD ticket was resolved with following note: Please note that, Concerned team is working on RFE document. It may take some time to review and respond. If any clarification is needed, you will be contacted or else we will respond the RFE to USCIS directly. Generally, the timeline is up to 87 days for the response from the date of RFE issue date.
