I have filed 2 online inquires and even went to an Infopass appointment and all they keep telling me is that they need more time to process my EAD. This is ridiculous I have been waiting for almost 6 months for my EAD/AP

I raised SR on 18 Jan and it's status is completed "Your SR about I765 is completed". what does that mean?
