Hello,
Yes I did. I raised a SR last evening and it changed today. I am not sure if it helped or is just a coincidence. Do you know about it?

Okay, did yiu use online e-request or called them?
I guess sometimes it helps. It dint help in my case, my received date is oct 24th.
